If you still need a reason to go to Le Mans in 2012 then this should clinch it for you, back for 2012 is the Group C support race. Oh yes, a very exciting prospect for anyone who was a bit too young the first time, the chance to see these cars driven in anger at the glorious La Sarthe circuit should be reason enough to book your camping right now.
Last held in 2010 the race featured a field of 61 legends including Silk Cut Jaguars, Sauber Mercedes, Porsche 962s and Nissan’s lovely R88C.
Expect another packed grid with some racing greats behind the wheel, see you on the Mulsanne!
